Nick Cardello Youth-of-the-Year

The Cardello Youth-of-the-Year Award was established by the late Nick Cardello, a longtime benefactor of CYA, and founder of Cardello Electric Compnay. Although Mr. Cardello is no longer with us, his children have continued the award in honor of their father and his concern for others. It is presented each Spring to a young person, generally someone under 21, who demonstrates character, determination, and concern for others. Nominations for the Cardello Youth-of-the-Year may be submitted at any time to Mrs. Mary Ann Heneroty, CEO of the Catholic Youth Association.
